Stereoscopy Is Good for You was born from an invitation from Brian May and the LSC team, encouraging people worldwide to submit stereoscopic (3-D) photos of anything that lifted their spirits. The response
 was overwhelming, with thousands of images pouring in—capturing the essence of what brings happiness: nature, people, pets, the sky…..The book’s pages present striking contrasts as we peer into the lives of photographers from the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the US, Mexico, Paraguay, Sweden, the Netherlands, and many more. Together, these images reflect the human experience and our resilience to find light in a challenging and complex world.

On World Mental Health Day, this book reminds us that joy surrounds us, whether in the wide world beyond or as close as within our own homes. All we need is the creative eye to capture it.
