Former Freddie Getaway Hotel Joins The Celebrations for 2024!

It’s been a while (five years!) since we threw a proper party to celebrate the life, music and love of this true legend so without any further ado – well, maybe a little Queen-inspired drumroll please – we invite you once again to FREDDIE ROCKS!

On Thursday, September 05, 2024, in honour of what would have been Freddie’s 78th birthday, we’re going back to our roots and hosting a fundraising event for the Mercury Phoenix Trust that features a special set dinner (including Freddie’s favourite dish, Chicken Dhansak), some very special guest (and yes, you guessed it – top secret!) DJs, and just one rule: No tache, no entry.

All guests must sport a moustache – fake, drawn-on or real – to ensure entry on the day - but why stop there? We encourage you to do Freddie proud and get dressed up to the nines for the occasion. We’ll also be asking everyone on the guest list to make a minimum charitable donation of 10€.
