Queen's official pop-up store "QUEEN THE GREATEST" will be held in Harajuku, Tokyo from Saturday, February 3rd to Sunday, February 18th in conjunction with the band's Japanese tour with Adam Lambert.
The Queen concept pop-up store, which has also traded in Tokyo in December 2022, Kyoto in June 2023, and Nagoya last September is once again returning to Japan’s capital. This project in Japan is a spin-off of the official Queen The Greatest Pop-Up Store held in Carnaby Street, London in late 2021 / early 2022.
The concept of this pop-up store is based on the deep bond that Queen has built with Japan since her first visit to Japan in April 1975, and the store will feature Japanese-style design. The store will be the culmination of a series of pop-up stores that have been held across the country since late 2022.
As with the previous stores, the focus is on the relationship between Queen and Japan, and the store will sell a variety of Japanese-themed products and reprinted items from previous tours. In addition to the items that have been sold at each location, there will also be many new items exclusively for this store.
The main visual for the store is an iconic design created and directed by Brian May himself for Japanese fans.
The band’s first show in Japan in four years, which has brought much excitement to all of Japan, will take place in Nagoya on February 4th, followed by concerts in Osaka (February 7th), Sapporo (February 10th), and the closing with two consecutive nights at the Tokyo Dome February 13th and 14th. The five shows will see the Queen + Adam Lambert draw over 200,000 people.
The Queen The Greatest Pop-Up Store is a limited-time-only event in the region, and we hope you will take the opportunity to visit.
