Please see the latest update from Theatrical Rights Worldwide (TRW) in regards to licences for We Will Rock You - Schools Edition:

For groups who have cancelled their production, and notified us in writing, TRW will be pleased to process return of payment refunds where applicable in a timely fashion upon the re-opening our office.
